Surely you've heard about OUI-JA. It is a game in which a supposed spirit responds to questions from a group gathered at a table holding a glass on a panel. Called the "telegraph from the dead", it allows the spirit supposed to write letter by letter what they mean.

I don't belive on this, but I know many people who believe and swear it's real.
